These three Microsoft email programs work through a control panel in Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT.

1. Go to your Start menu and choose Settings and then Control Panel.
2. Double-click on the icon named Mail and Fax. On the lower left, click on the button named Show Profiles... In the list of profiles, choose the one that you use for Internet Mail and double-click on it (or simply choose Properties.)
   On the next screen, you should see an Internet Mail setting. Double-click on it (or simply choose Properties again.) Look for the Internet Mail server and change it to mail.mydomain.com (replace mydomain.com with your domain name)
3. Put your full name where requested.
4. Enter your email address as username@mydomain.com
5. Enter your username in Account name. (Your username is your full email address e.g. user@mydomain.com)
6. Type your password as requested.
